Instructor Biography

Kevin Showalter, instructor for the Pre-Electrical Course here at New Market Skills Center.  Over my career in the Construction Industry I’ve been involved in a wide variety of types of projects, from Remodel Projects to Custom Homes. I have been a General Contractor for the past five years and am excited to make this transition into the educational world. I went to trade school my senior year back in Pennsylvania and am honored to be able to invest in the next generation of trades.

At home my wife and three kids keep me pretty active. I enjoy playing softball in the summer time, watching football in the fall, and playing guitar in my free time. 

Pre-Electrical is a course that is hands-on, loads of fun, and can lead to an amazing career!
