In his 27^th year as an educator, Matt was a high school business and marketing teacher and coach before becoming a school principal. He has served in school administration for 21 years in several roles, now including Executive Director of New Market Skills Center. Matt is married with three adult children, two still at home, and three grandchildren. He has volunteered his time to several organizations over the years, such as the Association of Washington School Principals, the Evergreen College teacher preparation advisory board, and the South Sound Council since 2020. His excitement for New Market comes from the nature of career-oriented learning. “Motivation soars when students see the connection between their education and future career opportunities. It is exciting to work with students to help them make those connections. It is what education is all about!”

Chris Bradshaw is a graduate of Eastern Washington University where he earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree.  He spent over 10 years in the financial and IT industries before becoming a CTE instructor for the Aberdeen School District.  He currently has over 24 years of experience as an instructor and administrator.  In his spare time, he enjoys remodeling his home, fishing, and outdoor activities. He is married to his wife Kristin and has two sons currently working in the area and a daughter who is in Navy flight school.
