Worksite Learning and Learning Support

We are located in Building D room 403. Students seeking learning support, getting credit for working, or just needing a different environment to work on a test or assignment are always welcome!
Cattigan

 

Cattigan works with North Thurston Public Schools students as a student support paraeducator and liaison between New Market Skill Center and NTPS students and staff. She has lived in the Pacific Northwest for 25+ years by way of New Jersey and Arizona. Cattigan has her bachelor's degree in social sciences.  Her children are alumni of North Thurston Public Schools.  Cattigan is an avid book reader, snuggler of grandbabies, and wants to make a difference.

Alli DesRochers

 

Alli has been at New Market Skills Center for 9 years, previously an instructor for the veterinary class before transitioning to student learning support. Alli comes from a healthcare background as a Licensed and Certified Athletic Trainer. In addition to her work at New Market as student learning support staff she currently teaches a Sports Medicine class at Black Hills High School and is the athletic trainer for Black Hills High School Athletics. When she is not working Alli loves spending time outdoors, hobby farming, working out, art/music, and spending time with her family. She is excited to be working with students on campus to support their learning needs and help them find success in school and in life.
